Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Carpenter / Maintenance Technician, experienced in general “fix-it / build it” tasks such as:
- Demolition & framing
- Trim-carpentry
- Door & window installation
- Drywall repair
- Drywall installation & finishing work
- Painting & staining
- Siding & roofing
- Flooring installations
- Other basic jobs
Additional skills we’re seeking are: minor Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. Applicant must be comfortable interacting with clients also have exceptional customer service skills.
