Home Care & Repair offers three main options when it comes to estimating your job.

When you connect with us, you'll get the option to choose from the following:

Handyman Dispatched Estimate

We schedule one of our professional handymen with the intent to complete your project(s) during the initial appointment. However, before any work is started, he will walk through the specific details of your service requests and provide a written estimate—which you will either approve or decline.

If approved, the tech will get started. If declined, the tech will only invoice you for a residential service call which is $95.

Estimator Dispatched Estimate

We schedule one of our professional estimators to evaluate the job, measure, photograph (if needed), and discuss specific details of your service requests. He will follow-up with a comprehensive, written estimate within 24-72 hours.

The cost of this service is $95 and is due at time of evaluation. If you choose to move forward with the project, the $95 will be added as a credit toward your final project invoice.

Approximate Estimate Via Text

You will receive a text from our Customer Chat Line where you will respond with pictures and information about your project(s). Once received, we will send you an estimated cost range to complete your project based on the information and images you provided.

There is no charge for this service option, however, please keep in mind that since we cannot provide an in-person estimate, the range you will receive is an approximation.

This estimate option is a great way for you to determine if the project scope is within your budget. If you approve, we will schedule a professional handyman to come out to provide a hard estimate for the project, or just get started.
