Remarkable and Prompt Communication

Customer service is a vital part of our business. That’s why you can expect to be greeted by a friendly voice on the other end of the phone during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you happen to reach us outside of our normal business hours, we will contact you immediately in the morning of the following business day. All email inquiries will also be returned with two hours of receipt.

In addition to being responsive to your questions, comments or concerns, you can expect to receive detailed estimates from any of our team members in a timely manner—striving for a prompt and remarkable experience.



Clean, Organized, and Safe Work Areas 

We promise to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that minimizes disruption to your family and your daily routines. Before starting any construction work, we lay down protective coverings, install dust barriers around the work area, and stack materials and tools as neatly as possible. Being considerate and respectful of you and your home is important to us. Rest assured; you can also expect our technicians to never smoke on your property.


One-Year Workmanship Warranty

Demonstrating our commitment to quality, every Home Care & Repair project is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty. If you find defective or incorrect workmanship from normal use within a year of project completion, we will provide necessary repairs at no cost to you.

Materials usually have their own separate warranties. We will gladly help clients with material warranty issues by providing clear costs for replacing materials under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Affordable Pricing

You will know estimated costs for repairs or improvements before any work is performed. Any changes to a project, for any reason, will be handled through a formal and transparent Change-Order process that requires your approval before work begins.

Home Care & Repair did a great job for me! Their handyman called to ask if he could arrive about 20 minutes early, he introduced himself and asked if the van was parked in an OK spot in the driveway. He got to work and even though it took him longer than expected, he let me know why and gave a fair price. It wasn’t a very messy job, but he still took a few minutes to clean up.
